Phornsavarn Development Sole Company Limited (PVD) is a specialized provider of end-to-end management of the entire Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) cycle and Livelihood and Income Restoration Program (LIRP) services, operating under a Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) model for major hydropower projects. With over 20 years of experience, including successful project completions like NN2 (1,053 HHs), XHPP (663 HHs) and ongoing LPHPP (1,593 HHs), PVD delivers holistic solutions encompassing the construction of quality housing, essential public infrastructure, community capacity.building, and sustainable livelihood programs, with a focus on vulnerable families. We strictly adhere to international standards (e.g., IFC, World Bank Performance Standards) and the relevant policies of the Lao PDR, ensuring ethical and effective project delivery.
