Phornsavarn Development Sole Company Limited (PVD) is a specialized provider of end-to-end management of the entire Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) cycle and Livelihood Restoration Program (LRP) services, operating under a Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) model for major hydropower projects. With over 20 years of experience, including successful project completions like NN2 (1,053 HHs), XHPP (626 HHs) and ongoing LPHPP (1,593 HHs), PVD delivers holistic solutions encompassing the construction of quality housing, essential public infrastructure, community capacity building, and sustainable livelihood programs, with a focus on vulnerable families. We strictly adhere to international standards (e.g., IFC, World Bank Performance Standards) and the relevant policies of the Lao PDR, ensuring ethical and effective project delivery.

Company Established
Founded PVD with a vision to become a leading resettlement development company in Lao PDR.
2010
First Major Project
Launched our first major hydropower resettlement project, establishing our LSTK model.
2015
Expanded Operations
Expanded our team and capabilities to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
2018
31 Villages Resettled
Achieved milestone of successfully resettling over 31 villages with improved living standards.
2023
Today
Completed EMP&RAP for NN2 with continue water quality monitoring. Completed EMP&RAP for XHPP construction phase with continue EMP&RAP for operation phase. And on going construction of 16 new sites for LPHPP with implementing of EMP&RAP for construction phase.
