Providing vocational training and targeted support to help families especially vulnerable households to achieve sustainable incomes.

PVD is committed to restoring and improving livelihoods for project‑affected people. Our programs provide vocational training in agriculture, trade, and services, helping families achieve sustainable incomes. Special support is offered to vulnerable households, ensuring no one is left behind. By equipping communities with skills, resources, and opportunities, we help raise household incomes in line with national development goals and create pathways to prosperity.




Occupational Loss
Those who lose their occupations will receive appropriate
vocational training as following
Services
Those who lose their occupation as a resulted of the project will receive appropriate vocational training and technical assistance from well-trained staffs such as: sewing, weaving, repairs, retail, beauty and salon, food processing, household handicraft and industries (alcohol production, steel smith, bamboo production and etc., with supports of production factors.
Agricultural
Those who lose their occupation as a resulted of the project will received appropriate vocational training together with technical supports such as: agriculture (mushroom, fruit, trees, high land plantation and ephemeral plants), animal feeding (frog, fish, pig, duck - chicken, goat and others) with providing production factor.
Skills training is made available to villagers, with the goal of bringing each family's annual income is in line with the Laos government policy. Villagers can choose from vocational training in farming, beauty treatments, automotive and motorcycle repair and many others. This training helps villagers to both provide services to their neighbors and build a sustainable future for their families.
